Look Book: Band of Outsiders Spring 2011

"Drinking Scotch, jousting the pool man at the Gaylord. Scott and his crew were totally open to bringing a sense of humor to the shots.", James Marsden told GQ on shooting Band of Outsiders' Spring look book. Scott Sternberg shot Marsden using his vintage polaroid at the Gaylord Apartments in Los Angeles.

Sternberg always hits the nail on the head when it comes to how I want to dress; however, probably unwillingly, as he really captured what I want to wear as a teenager. What am I saying?! This is exactly how I want to dress now, as a kid and how I'd like to dress in adulthood.

Fall 2011: Menswear: Lanvin

Lucas Ossendrijver delivered an extremely smart collection for the Fall 2011 season. I'd say the man for the digs is a grandpa who moonlights as an international spy, but GQ described the collection as, "a dose of 70s glam & swagger".

Fall 2011: Menswear: Givenchy

Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci Fall 2011/12.

I apologize for the extreme amount of photos in this post, the collection was simply too sick not to post all of these photos. Fur really made a mark at the Milan shows, but I don't think anyone did it "right", until Givenchy in Paris. GQ put my thoughts into words, "clothes are rough in their roots but refined in their cut".
